Cabin on Little Raspberry Island just north of Morson, on Lake of the Woods. Great location here as the cabin is in a bay just a short boat ride from several mainland docking sites. The cabin sits nicely on a rock outcrop, creating a great view over the lake. The cabin is approximately 720 sq. ft. and has two bedrooms and one three-piece bathroom. Really nice view from the 10 x 20 ft. lakeside screened porch. There are storm blinds on the screen porch. The main room of the cabin is an open kitchen/dining/living room. The cabin has a post-on pad-on bedrock foundation, low-maintenance vinyl siding (2011), and all-new dual pane windows (2007). There is a set of stairs as well as a switchback ramp from the cabin to the lake. There is an 8 x 48 ft. cribbed dock that has been reinforced with steel beams. This dock is in the process of being rebuilt, to be completed in early October 2022. On one side of the dock is a marine railway with remote control. On the other side is a covered boat lift built on drilled steel piles. This boat lift was built in 2018. There is a 10x12 ft. storage shed between the dock and the cabin. The lot is 0.91 acres with 94 feet of shoreline. Exposure is to the southwest. The property is bordered by Crown Land to the south and has a neighbor to the west. The 66-foot shoreline reserve is owned. There is a small sand beach along the shoreline. Services include: There is electricity from the mainland and a 100 amp breaker panel in the cabin. Water is drawn from the lake with a jet pump - there is a filter on the water line. Heat is provided by 220V electric wall heaters - There are two in the living room and one in each bedroom. There is a propane wall heater. There is an electric 50-gallon hot water tank. There is a small septic system and a separate drain field for the grey water. There is good cell phone coverage and Starlink satellite internet available.
